While the effectiveness of our predictive analytics model results in a low occurrence of calls, every single interaction is important. Managing these communications properly is the primary reason why our clients rely on TRE to handle consumer calls, removing the potential conflict from their stores and minimizing event escalation.
In the case of a consumer problem, TRE offers a formal dispute resolution process. At the center of this process is a Return Activity Report (RAR), a document available free to consumers listing all of their individual return transaction data recorded in our database.
